Hi Emy--

One of my favorite items to pair with grey jeans is a blood orange sweater. The contrast really makes the outfit "pop." A black top also works nicely for a sophisticated look, but it's just not as interesting.

For black jeans, I would say go with a patterned top for some visual interest. Be careful of white tops, as you might end up looking like you're waiting tables. Again, here, bright colors are going to work well. Try a springy green, a shade of orange yellow, or seafoam.

For blue pants, a white top can go either way: it can give you an aura of nautical style, but it can also make you look like you're wearing a school uniform. I love the combination of blue and green, if done carefully. A pair of navy blue pants can really be perked up with a grass green cardigan.

Hope this helps!

I have some grey jeans and have no clue what to wear with them? Same with black jeans and blue pants? Outside the blue jean realm I seem to be clueless! :D
Can you help a girl out?
