Style tip? Cobalt blue works with muted neutrals (greys and blacks), but it also looks great with a pop of bright yellow or orange.

I love this color-it especially looks good on brunettes.

Great observation–and you’re right, this color looks especially fetching on brunettes! Brown + cobalt blue = loveliness.
