you also might want to try dresses that have a halter top, sometimes they offer support and coverage while showing off your upper back.

Every once in a while you might find a wrap dress that you can wear backwards. In front it's like a bateau and in back the v might hit right above your bra

I'm not exactly a fashion expert, but I'd pick strappy sandals or peep toes or even little ballerina flats for spring/summer over ankle boots.

That Adrianna Papell Empire Waist Charmeuse Dress is yummy! Love the color and the fact that it has sleeves (I'm not fond of sleeveless on me). Since I'm on the tallish/curvy side, I think I can get away with the blouson sleeves, but I can see how it might overwhelm a petite frame.
I'm also loving the Maggy London Silk Chiffon Halter Dress - Kelly green is a nice change, and the chiffon is very feminine

Hmm, as someone with a not dissimilar figure, I avoid v-necked dresses. They tend to draw attention to an area that gets enough attention already. I prefer scoop or - ideally - bateau (boat) necked dresses. The shape pulls the eye outward, flatters my shoulders and tends to skim over the shnoobage.

As an aside to maternity designers, not all of us are interested in putting the Ginorma-girls on display. Enough with the v-necks!
