		<description>I don't know if a belt could help this dress.Due to the volumous shape,  it would create love handles if the belt were to be worn at the waist and a lot of poofy ruching on top. 

I'm just biased against these types of dresses, they remind me of buffet attire:eat all you want and no will every know the difference.</description>
