Shawl collars are a classic styling element, so I think they’re usually a “do”. I have to say though, I ike when the sweater has a more defined / cinched waist than the one pictured.

Agree with Trisha - these sweaters can look both comfy and feminine if you style them right! Offsetting the bulk created by all that collar is key …

Shawl Collar Sweaters don’t have to look frumpy - just make them your own with a funky combo. You could try the blouse combo - or even a oversized shawl collar sweater with skinny pants. Just have fun with it!

I could see these for most people, totally. I want to wear them, but they always remind me of my Mom! LoL. I guess I’ll have to do a wacky combination with a funky blouse to ‘own’ the look.
