I carry a colorful handbag or incorporate color into my jewelry. I do the bright shoe thing when it’s not black opaque tight season.

So true - sometimes, a little dab will do ya. I had a style consult with a client recently who had blacks, browns, and grays almost exclusively. We got her some red patent Mary Janes, a few colored camis, and some bright tights - and now all she has to do is incorporate ONE colorful element to look pulled-together!
