There are 2 reasons: 1. I don't get any pants legs wet 2. I can automatically wear boots and not have to change my shoes all day. The added bonus, whenever I wear a dress it seems to perk up my attitude and sometimes you need a little boost when it's a yucky wet rainy day. Love the site!
