Leaving for NYC tomorrow, 9/9/09 to attend the US open among other things. Need to pack light. It looks like it is going to be cool, breezy & maybe some rain. Any suggestions on what to pack?

I am going to NYC tomorrow, 9/9/09 to see some sights, eat at some nice restaurants & attend the US open on Thurs.
As of now it looks like it will be cool, breezy & some rain.
I must pack light b/c I will be flying stand-by.
