I would also add (as someone who has made this mistake in July) -- don't rely on sandals! If it's chilly and damp your feet will be blocks of ice which really takes the fun out of the day. (climate change maybe?) But what I wanted to say: Those light coloured pants and dresses can be a bit troublesome at sport games, especially in the rain when it can get quite muddy... And I would recommend a nice scarf on top of all the recommended Accessoires, you can adapt it to any temperature and you'll look good all the time :) I went to London last June and I was prepared for rain, wind and cold and then it got really, really hot so be prepared for that too!
