I bought a purple hoodie at Maurice's. I love it because it is more fitted, is longer in the sleeves and the body. In my case, a hoodie is a very practical item when camping. At night, sleeping in a tent or camper, I wear my hoodie as it gets cold in the mountains, even in summer. I can pull the hood over my head and preserve body heat (which mostly escapes via the head, by the way) and feel toasty warm. But a hoodie makes a wonderful casual fashion statement as well. It is youthful without making anyone older look silly. Anyone of any age can wear a hoodie - just make sure it doesn't have a sloppy fit on you!

It's at Delias - but unfortunately sold out in purple. It's still available in other colors. The dark navy is quite versatile. Here's the link: http://store.delias.com/item.do?itemID=51591&categoryID=851&sizeFilter=&colorFilter=&brandFilter=
