I love this dress. Every since I started watching Mad Men I have longed to be one of the ladies in the office (in fashion ONLY) and this dress perfect! Thanks for sharing.

I think this is a style best left to the younger set. I think anyone 35 or older will only look older - not retro - in this dress, even though it is very cute. If you disagree, tell me why.
