I do neutrals with neons–neon belts, tights, accessories or layers. I’d even do a garment–who cares if it’s “last summer,” if it’s fun and looks good? That said, I’d probably not do a neon main peice, like a dress or pants, but definitely a tank under a shirt or even a neon bra strap for a little sneaky oomph.

I’d wear nudes definitely with neons, but not as in “garments” that’s so last summer.
I’d wear nudes with neon nails and lips. That’s it!

Wearing something as neutral as beige gives your permission to amp up the rest of your accessories, i.e. gold shoes and an unexpected hat. I think it also works here in luxe fabrics with interesting textures. I would avoid polyester on this one.

I really like the one at the right-hand side. I like the tailored jacket with the lacy shirt undereath. It is quite a nice silhouette - perfect for creating an hourglass shape if one lacks curves.
