They are almost interchangeable depending on the material of the blazer - and TOTALLY essential to a wardrobe. I think that this is one trend that might last a while because it gives women that much needed chance to wear what we love while covering what we don't love so much. I LOOOOVE either one with a dress or skirt that is either slightly shorter or the same length as the cardigan or blazer.
