I do wear them at the waist and sometimes over cardigans and light jackets. I don't rock the at the hip thing any more because it remind me too much of the overdone boho/gypsy look. This year is all about skinny belts for this lady. That said I did see a few wider stretch belts I may have to snag to go with pencil skirts. I am 49, tend toward a modernist, slightly punk but overall pretty conservative look so the belt right under the bust will never happen on me.
