		<description>I am 49, tend toward a modernist, slightly punk but overall pretty conservative look so the belt right under the bust will never happen on me.

I do wear them at the waist and sometimes over cardigans and light jackets. I don't rock the at the hip thing any more because it remind me too much of the overdone boho/gypsy look.

This year is all about skinny belts for  this lady. That said I did see a few wider stretch belts I may have to snag to go with pencil skirts.</description>

		<description>I think it's funny that this is considered a trend. I think belts are a classic accessory. I'm actually wearing a belt at my waist because I'm one of the unfortunately straight waisted ladies of the world.</description>
