I have a simple cobalt blue dress that is drapey on top and banded around the butt and thighs, so im going to add some matching strips of feathers around the bottom. They sell them at my local fabric store. I’m thinking two rows should do the trick and i’ll have a hot new dress that will have cost under $50!
